Why we started
Fringe has a way of changing an outfit. It moves when you move, it catches the light, and it turns something simple into something you remember wearing. We started Fringe Bag because that detail was hard to find done well: most fringe bags were either costume pieces or afterthoughts.
What we do
We select. Every bag in our collection is chosen from makers we work with directly, and we pick each style for three things: how the fringe hangs, how the body holds its shape, and whether it works on an ordinary Tuesday as well as a Saturday night. If a bag doesn't pass those three, it doesn't make the site.
That means our collection stays deliberately narrow. We would rather offer a range you can actually decide from than a catalogue you have to scroll through.
What we care about
Honest descriptions. Every product page states the exact material, so you know whether you are buying leather or a leather-look finish before you order, not after. Photos that show the bag worn, so you can judge the size on a real body. And a returns policy that assumes you might change your mind: 30 days, free, no explanation needed.
Who we are
We are a small team. When you write to us, one of us reads it and answers, usually the same day. That is the part of the business we protect the most, because a bag you can return easily and a question answered quickly are worth more than any promise on a homepage.
Where we are going
More styles, more colours, and a few pieces beyond bags that we think belong alongside them. We add slowly and only when something is good enough to sit next to what is already here.
